Veronica Reyes

The FOUNDER
Veronica is a proven leader in emergency response and disaster relief support services, with extensive experience managing complex, multi-site operational deployments. She has earned a strong reputation for building reliable teams, implementing efficient operational systems, and delivering high-quality support under critical, time-sensitive conditions.
Prior to her work in disaster response, Veronica spent 20 years as an executive assistant in the oil and gas industry, where she honed her skills in executive support, operational coordination, and high-level administrative management.
She has directed large-scale site operations—including laundry, janitorial, and food service programs—supporting agencies such as FEMA and the U.S. military. Her field experience spans hurricane and blizzard disaster recovery, shelter operations for asylum seekers and Unaccompanied Minors (UAMs), and nationwide COVID-19 response initiatives. Veronica’s leadership philosophy emphasizes team cohesion, accountability, and service excellence, ensuring mission success and instilling confidence in clients.

Carlos Reyes
PRESIDENT
Carlos is an experienced emergency response and disaster management professional with a strong background in managing large-scale operational support services. He brings extensive expertise in overseeing DFAC (Dining Facility) operations, laundry services, and custodial operations supporting shelters, permanent and temporary sanitation facilities, and medical environments.
In addition to his disaster response experience, Carlos has over 35 years of experience as a construction business owner. This background has strengthened his expertise in project management, logistics coordination, infrastructure support, safety compliance, and workforce leadership, all of which translate seamlessly into complex emergency deployment environments.
Throughout his career, Carlos has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, successfully managing and coordinating teams of more than 200 technicians and support personnel in high-pressure deployment settings. His ability to maintain operational efficiency, safety compliance, and service quality has contributed to successful mission outcomes across multiple large-scale response efforts.
One of his most notable deployments was supporting the Afghan Operations Welcome (AOW) Project at Camp Atterbury, where he played a key role in managing service operations for more than 10,000 Afghan asylum seekers. Carlos is recognized for his hands-on leadership style, operational reliability, and commitment to delivering mission-critical support services.
